Furniture

While Gado Gado carries a wide variety of antiques and rare merchandise, our specialty has always been hand made, high quality furniture. The majority of these items are imported directly to Sonoma County without modification, as intended by the original craftsmen. Gado Gado also uses reclaimed teak to create new furniture in our workshops, often recycling pieces from older furniture, and using teak reclaimed from dismantled Indonesian houses.

Come to Gado Gado's showroom and warehouse to see exquisitely carved 4-poster beds, built in the Indonesian style using traditional mortise and tenon joinery. For the dining room you'll find a number of possibilities, whether it be a large, solid table fit for six to ten people, or a circular table for a breakfast nook. Gado Gado also has a variety of styles in our dining chair area, with finishes ranging from dark stained to natural. If you're furnishing your living room or den, we supply a variety of benches, daybeds, and end tables, both with smooth and hand-distressed textures. Don't forget Gado Gado's solid teak cabinets and armoires, great for storing clothing, accessories, and other personal items.

Please check the listing on the left side to see pictures and details regarding these great pieces, in addition to wares like chests, mirrors, screens, and outdoor furniture.
